  • The Rambam holds that one will be yotzei even if he is "korey l'hagiya" (reading to check if all the letters are there).
  • The Gemora 13a rules clearly that he will not be yotzei.
  • Rabbeinu Yonah above stated that the machlokes of mitzvos tzrichos kavanah only applies by mitzvos with a maaseh; not if it's only amirah.
  • This is problematic from the Gemora 13a.
